Terms

This page covers buying the score pad and the terms of use for the Riftkeeper app.

Part 1 — Buying the pad

1. Where it is sold

The Riftkeeper score pad is sold only through our Etsy shop. This site takes no orders and no payments: its order button links to the Etsy listing, and the sale is made on Etsy. The price, shipping costs, delivery times, returns and your right of withdrawal are set out on the listing and in the shop's policies, which apply to your order together with Etsy's own terms.

2. Seller

Henri BARAKAT EI (Stelora.ai), sole trader (entrepreneur individuel), 46 Avenue de Flandre, 75019 Paris, France — SIRET 99375734300013 — [email protected]. See the legal notice.

3. Product

A score pad for the Riftbound card game: A5, tear-off sheets, one sheet per match, written on with a ballpoint pen. Its main characteristics are described on the site's home page and on the Etsy listing.

4. Legal guarantees

The pad is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L. 217-1 and following of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the French Civil Code). To make a claim, write to [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the defect.

6. Complaints

For any complaint, write to us at [email protected] or message us from your order on Etsy.

7. Personal data

The data needed for your order is processed as described in the privacy policy.

8. Governing law and language

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the protection given by the mandatory rules of the law of the country where you live. Disputes go to the courts designated by law. The terms are written in French; this English translation is provided for convenience and, if the two differ, the French version prevails.

Part 2 — App terms of use

1. What the app is

Riftkeeper is a free app for keeping score in two-player card game matches. It records what the players tell it: points, turns, game results and the round timer.

It is a record, not a referee. The app does not see the cards and does not enforce or interpret the game's rules. The players are responsible for the result they enter. At an organised event, the organiser's and judges' rulings apply, not the app.

2. Free to use

The app is free. It has no purchases, subscriptions or advertising. You may use it for your own personal, non-commercial play.

3. Independent project

Riftkeeper is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by Riot Games. Riftbound is a trademark of Riot Games, Inc.

4. Your data

Everything you enter stays on your phone. See the privacy policy.

5. No warranty

The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be free of errors or always available. Keep your own record of any result that matters, for example at a tournament.

6. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using the app, including a lost or incorrect match record. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the law that cannot be limited, including your rights as a consumer.

7. App stores

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. If there is any conflict between it and these terms, the App Store agreement governs that download.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law, without depriving you of the protection given by the mandatory rules of the law of the country where you live.
