Returns
Returns and withdrawal are handled through Etsy, as set out in the shop's policies: start from your order in Etsy, or message us. A pad that arrives damaged or faulty is covered by the legal guarantees.
Privacy requests
To access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you, write to [email protected]. We reply within one month. See the privacy policy.
Rights holders
If you believe something on this site or in our products infringes your rights, write to [email protected] with the content concerned and the rights you hold. We review every notice and remove infringing content promptly.
The app
Does it need an internet connection?
No. It works fully offline. Nothing you enter leaves your phone.
Where are my matches saved?
On your phone only. Past matches are under History.
How do I delete everything?
Go to Profile → Delete local data. It asks once, then deletes every match on the phone permanently. Uninstalling the app does the same.
I entered a point by mistake.
Tap Undo. It steps back one action at a time, including ending a turn.
Does the app know the rules or check my cards?
No. Riftkeeper records what the players tell it and never sees the cards. At an organised event, the judges' rulings apply.
Does the round timer reset between games?
No. The round timer runs for the whole match, as it does at an event.
